Primary Responsibilities
SR Nation’s Supernovas work closely with sales representatives connecting them with homeowners who will help guide homeowners through the process of selecting a solar provider and system that is best suited for their needs.

• The primary responsibility of this position is to generate qualified new client leads and to set initial appointments for branch sales representatives
• Maintaining a detailed client list reflecting all calls and appointments
• Direct sales generated leads, introducing our products and services and setting appointments for branch sales representatives
• First and foremost we are educators – you will educate homeowners on why solar energy is a great investment
• We have GREAT partners at SR Nation – as a sales rep, you will market our partner’s products and services in a professional and ethically sound manner, prioritizing the client’s best interests
• Leverage personal leads and referrals, while building a pipeline of new business generated through direct sales
• Maintain individual sales goals

Requirements

• Excellent overall communication skills a/k/a the “Gift of Gab” - if you love meeting new people, this is the job for you!
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone with data
• Attend all mandatory trainings (virtual & in-person)
• Strong work ethic and self-starter

Compensation

• Commission Based, Weekly Bonus Pay During Training, Full-Time & Part-Time
• Average full-time consultants make an average of $72,000 - $150,000 annually
• Medical benefits after 90 days of employment
