Auditor, Supervisor, Audit and Assurance Services - King of Prussia, PA

S.R. Snodgrass, P.C. is looking for candidates to work with our External Audit and Assurance Group.

As a Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead the audit engagement team to perform financial statement audits for our clients. Our client industries include non-profit, financial institutions (including SEC-registrants), employee benefit plan, manufacturing, and/or a variety of other clients. Additional responsibilities include:

• Maintain and continually develop ongoing client and engagement team interaction and communication, keeping firm management apprised of the audit 
• Plan audit engagement and complete high-risk areas of the audit in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the firm 
• Direct, supervise, and develop staff, both onsite and remotely 
• Demonstrate independence in researching problems and solving issues
• Assist with other client engagement projects and/or audits as needed
• Availability to travel to clients (out of town travel is less than 20%)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (accounting degree preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of related audit experience in public accounting 
• CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA certification 
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and ability to utilize audit software/programs
• Highly effective organization, time management and communication skills
• High degree of attention to detail and critical thinking
• Ability to lead in a team environment (remote and onsite)
