Proposal Coordinator

SR Technologies (SRT) is expanding and we're looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join our team! The Proposal Coordinator will play a critical role leading the development and submission of complex proposals in response to requests for Requests for Proposal (RFP) / Request for Quotations (RFQ) / Request for Information (RFI) and other related customer response deliverables to Federal government agencies and/or partners.

The Proposal Coordinator will be a key player during Pre-RFP activities to help facilitate solution sessions with the Business Development Team and cross-functional proposal team members. You will be responsible for managing the entire proposal process, from proposal strategy development and planning to final submission and post-submission activities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Works with the Business Development Team to identify new submission opportunities.
• Works with the Business Development Team to map out award probability timeline.
• Tracking incoming proposals.
• Lead proposal kickoff meeting and running proposal tag-ups; facilitating data calls to subcontractors; coordinate graphic development; and prepare the proposal volumes for color team reviews.
• Lead production of proposal documents, using company templates, that include text, graphics, and forms (each proposal may include multiple volumes).
• Ensure consistency in styles and formats throughout proposal volumes.
• Writing non-technical sections, collaborating w/ technical resources to complete the technical sections of the responses.
• Participating in the proposal, project plan and cost volume review meetings to ensure submission compliance.
• Sending the proposal response out for internal review – making updates as required.
• Sending the proposal to the prime or Business Development representative.
• Being the primary point of contact for all prime organizations and delivering on their requests.
• Tracking the status of each proposal through the entire process and archiving all artifacts.
• Generating a quarterly summary of proposal activity.
• Define, refine and provide training on the proposal process.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school in Business Administration, or Finance, and 2 - 5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Project; SharePoint.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Comfortable delegating proposal tasks and following up to ensure completion.
• Attention to detail.
• Familiar with government contracting a plus.
• Familiar with project management concepts.
