What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Support position at SRC?
The Office Support team performs administrative and clerical functions to support various departments. The primary duties include filing and document storage, as well as organization and other tasks as delegated. This individual will work independently and the workload may be reduced as project approaches completion.
Job Duties:
- Data entry, scanning, copying, faxing documents
- Record keeping, filing, document management and organization, alphabetizing
- Clerical and communication support including delivering messages
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments and completes projects as assigned
- May be required to assist with locating, moving, and digitizing physical documents
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Administrative/Office experience preferred
Required Skills:
- High level of attention to detail and interest in producing high-quality results
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and teamwork.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to and accommodate different personalities and professional work styles as well as changing work environments and priorities.
- Well organized, attentive to detail, able to prioritize tasks and manage time.
Schedule Requirements:
- Full-time to part-time
- Schedule may fluctuate based on departmental requirements
- This is a non-permanent role that is expected to end upon completion of project duties
Travel Requirements:
- No regular travel requirements
Physical Demands:
- This is an administrative office position in an office environment. Must be able to sit or stand for hours at a time. Occasionally required to lift boxes (30-40lbs). Requires reliable visual acuity skills for attention to detail.
