We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our amazing team at SRI Services! The team is currently seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to support the needs of our Tax team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are in search of an outgoing Client Support Specialist to help provide administrative and customer support in the day-to-day operations of tax sales, commissioners’ sales, sheriff sales, consulting services, and internet auctions.
Responsibilities:
- Assists Client Service Directors with client support in all business endeavors
- Assists with tax sale duties by making updates in various databases, calculating redemptions &invalids, both with tools and manually.
- Assists with tax sale mailings including: pressure sealing mail, applying appropriate postage, taking mail to the post office, gathering mail from post office boxes, and scanning and maintaining mailing documentation.
- Assists with tax sale day operations including: setting up sale equipment, registering bidders, recording sale data, printing sale reports, and fielding general questions from clients and buyers.
- Answers the telephone and greets office visitors, providing information for assistance, taking messages, and screening and transferring/directing to appropriate individuals or departments.
- Accurately creates and proofs legal documents including: advertisements, judgments, and tax sale deeds.
- Willing to provide additional support to other team members when necessary

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED; associate’s degree in business, office administration, or other relatedfield, preferred.
- One to three years of experience in office administration, local government or customer support.
Skills/Abilities: Must have excellent ability to:
- Interact and communicate with a variety of people, on a one-on-one basis and in meetings and group presentations, as well as through phone, e-mail, and written reports and correspondence.
- Think logically in order to troubleshoot, analyze situations, and make sound business decisions.
- Handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Provide quality customer service.
- Proficiently utilize working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, e-mail systems, and the Internet.
- Operate office equipment including: copiers, phones, fax, postage, and pressure sealer machines.
- Maintain attention to detail while drafting legal documents.
Certifications/Licensure:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a demonstrated safe driving record.
Working Conditions:
- This work takes place primarily indoors.
- This work is deadline oriented and requires a flexible work schedule.
- Use of a computer and other office equipment.
- This position requires working independently with minimal supervision.
- This position requires some local travel.
Physical Requirements:
- The ability to stand and sit for periods of time and move intermittently throughout the workday.
- Lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds, bending, and stretching.
- Strong sensory skills including: good eyesight, hearing, and dexterity.
- Good speaking and listening skills.
- The ability to perform focused work with close attention to detail.
- Some seasonal travel by driving to and from destinations when necessary.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
