We are looking for an Instructional Designer to support our rapid growth and to curate learning content for our expanding workforce.

The annual gross base salary range is $66,000 - $75,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
How you’ll contribute to deliver distinctive retail solutions
For this role, we’ll look to you to create, design, develop, and implement the curriculum for SRP University. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand out strategic goals and then determine the learning and development needs for all employees in the organization. This means you will support different business units like field operations and sales, to successfully execute instructional design plans that meet their learning and development needs. Using your collaboration and communication skills, you will serve as the liaison between corporate, divisional, and regional teams to make sure the training materials and curriculum meet the organization’s needs.
We need you to have at least 3 years of experience in learning and development with a specific focus on instructional design. You will need excellent oral and written communication skills with solid working knowledge in adult learning theory and best practices in the organizational learning and development industry. You will have experience with Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or a similar tool, and be proficient in LMS administration. Video editing and graphic design experience is a plus!
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
