We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to support our rapid growth and to maintain inventory of our products.

The annual gross base salary range is $16.00-$17.00 hourly. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.  Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.

How you’ll contribute to deliver distinctive retail solutions

For this role we will look to you to maintain inventory logs and records to include performing counts for inventory records, checking inventory against computerized records, reporting record discrepancies to leadership team, writing inventory reports detailing overstock and missing items, using inventory software to keep track of orders, returns, and supplies, and presenting inventory reports.  You will be responsible for performing inventory counts, receiving and unloading deliveries, organizing current inventory and making room for new inventory, restocking merchandise, and pull defective or expired merchandise.  We will also look to you to assist in some shipping functions to include reviewing shipping and receiving documents for accuracy, packing up items for return and creating shipping labels.  You will be responsible for assisting customers to locate product and retrieving products from the stockroom.  You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.  You will also be responsible for filing all delivery and inventory receipts, submitting inventory replenishment orders, and assisting inventory manager in coming up with new ways to reduce shrink.

We need you to be able to demonstrate strong organization skills, pay special attention to details, and possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills.  You must be capable of using computer inventory software, can read and interpret inventory reports, sales reports, and packing slips, and can employ basic math skills.  You should be able to work well with a team, communicate clearly and effectively, manage time efficiently, and demonstrate a professional and polite demeanor.  You will be required to lift heavy boxes or other items on a regular basis. You must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.  Previous retail or inventory experience is a plus!
