Administrative Project Coordinator
We are growing and looking for a passionate project coordinator who ensures that all aspects of the projects are coordinated and progressing as planned.
Responsibilities:
Project Management Documents: Project coordinators assist in developing project management documents, including project budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans.
Administrative Tasks: They manage invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports, among other financial documents.
Permit Process: Coordinating and pulling permits needed for the project.
Resource Allocation: Ensuring the project team has the necessary resources at the right time.Collaborates with project staff to create a strategic action plan and cost estimates of materials, time, labor, and other resources required to complete the project
Communication: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Prepares periodic progress and cost reports for leadership.
Progress Monitoring: Assisting project managers in monitoring project progress and team performance.
Meeting Scheduling: Scheduling meetings and generating reports.
Other: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in project coordination for commercial HVAC And Refrigeration or similar projects.
Full-time, Monday through Friday.
Pay rate: $18-$28 DOE.
