Vice President of Client Success and Delivery
Locations : New Jersey Remote
Get To Know The Team :
The Vice President of Client Success and Delivery’ will oversee and lead the Account Management and Client Support aspects of the customer's relationship with the company, specifically focused on the customer experience.
In this role, you will lead the account management team with a primary goal of fortifying the existing relationship while looking for opportunities to expand the relationship through new service and solution offerings SS&C Health brings to the market.
This role will be focused on managing the Client Service teams in developing executive level relationships, driving incremental revenue through cross-selling and up-selling, and creating and leading long-term strategic account plans, including profitability, and contract renewals.
This role will interject a customer advocacy perspective in the support, design and marketing of the company's products and services while advising top management on customer issues, projects, and process-related concerns.

What You Will Get To Do :
- Drive vision of account management success, establish quarterly reviews, prioritize work and monitor team performance.
- Understand customer needs, identify root causes and drive solutions to increase customer time-to-value.
- Participate in the development and deployment of sales activities to raise mindshare, consideration, preference and selection.
- Develop customer feedback channels to help the product team prioritize features that solve our customers’ most pressing problems.
- Work collaboratively with leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Creates, adapts, and executes short-term and long-term strategy for the account management group to achieve key business objectives.
- Create thought leadership in strategic customer account management to evolve expertise.
- Support customer portfolios and the technology to continually modernize the offerings and enhance differentiation.
- Deliver positive customer outcomes by using data to make informed decisions and strategy.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and delivery to drive customer success.
What You Will Bring :
- Broad and comprehensive knowledge, understanding, and expertise of the healthcare industry and related market trends.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ten years’ experience in the following areas :

- In this role, 50% travel may be required.
