A local company seeking a Project Manager- Bilingual is a plus!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be self-motivated, have good communication skills, customer service driven, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Required Experience: At least 2 years management experience
- Will be required to coordinate the selection of employees including facilitating training and managing performance, perform janitorial duties, maintain and inspect facilities.
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with internet explorer, Microsoft Office, proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Valid Driver’s License and Social Security
- At least 2 years janitorial management experience
- Must be able to pass background, drug test, and obtain a TWIC card
- Must have reliable transportation

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

- Custodial Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
