Office Administrator
Reports to: Director of Accounting and Director of Finance
Location: Denver, CO at SSA HQ Office; job is in-person, in office environment
Schedule: Monday Friday 8am 5pm, (1) hour lunch break

Job Duties:
- Oversight of HQ Welcome Desk and Entrance
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the office; notifying the individual of their arrival.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Manages Mail & Shipping Center
- Sorting and delivering urgent items as necessary or upon request within office
- Full knowledge and execution of overnight, certified and other mailing requirements
- Maintains relationship with regular delivery people, establishing rapport and coordination of where pickup / delivery can occur
- Receives all packages delivered to office, notifying relevant party of their arrival; storing as necessary
- Coordinates shipments as requested by the office
- Administrative Support Functions
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Order office supplies keeping weekly track of spend with budget oversight from leadership
- Maintain inventory of office supply for the office
- Support Admin team with basic word, excel or office365 processing as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Customer Support: 1 year (Preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Office365 portal, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to lift up to 15-25 lbs, less than 25% of the time; accommodation can be provided

Compensation and Benefits
- Full Time, Hourly position based on range in consideration of relevant job experience and certification/education; if position is physically in Colorado salary range will be posted above following EPFEW Act
