Description
- Join our dynamic, cross-functional team as a Category Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our Free Cash Flow from a Global Procurement perspective. This position offers flexible working hours and the convenience of working remotely.
- As a Category Manager, you’ll be part of a team driving Free Cash Flow improvement from a Global Procurement perspective. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business operations and growth.
- Lead industry analysis to understand the size, key players, and specific characteristics of the industry
- Conduct client requirement analysis to comprehend our clients’ procurement needs
- Influence suppliers to stimulate innovation, process improvement, and cost management
- Develop comprehensive category strategies based on customer and industry analyses
- Lead contract negotiations and manage existing and new contracts
- Identify opportunities for expanded supplier relationships to enhance business partnerships
- Doctorate degree OR Bachelor degree and 4 years of experience OR Associate degree and 10 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience
- Experience in working capital improvement and payment extension is preferred
- Experience in sourcing/procurement
- Proficiency in statistical analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with and lead a team
- Project management skills
- Analytical skills
