JOB TITLE: PROJECT MANAGER IT III
LOCATION: PRINCETON, NJ (HYBRID)
DURATION: 12 MONTHS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate and partner with the vendors to enable and support strategic programs and projects. Manage business expectations and alignment to business requirements. Develop and present material to gain alignment and approval from functional area colleagues
* Create and own appropriate business-aligned implementation plans, roadmaps, timelines, roles and responsibilities, milestones, etc
* Analyze business needs to organize the information using extrapolation and inductive reasoning to distill into concept business and functional requirements
* Project management expert with working knowledge to assist in day-to-day operations of analytics system and provide status reports
* Ability to identify, communicate, measure risks across the project to provide recommendations
* Identify and promote best practices in software development including but not limited to coding practices, V&V (Verification and Validation), defect management, etc
* Ability to bring technology and people together to provide best overall results
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES:
* Minimum of a bachelors degree; preferably, a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or adjacent fields
* 7 years experience providing enterprise wide project management services
* Excellent Interpersonal, verbal & written communication, analytical and conflict resolution skills
* Working knowledge of key processes within the compliance, risk management and various regulations governing the U.S. pharmaceutical industry
* Broad business and IT capability awareness with hands on experience using or implementing or testing specific applications
* Superior presentation skills with the ability to influence, drive action and strategy including ability to effectively interface with all levels including senior leadership with demonstrated executive presence
* Superior business analysts in process design, documentation, and problem solving activities
* Multiple success in delivering new capabilities using system development life cycle (SDLC) practices and managing a complex portfolio using portfolio and project management (PPM) methodologies
* Ability to prioritize amidst various and sometimes conflicting priorities
* High attention to detail, self-driven, results-oriented and action-focused
* EST time zone preferred
* Up to 10% travel is required, based upon business needs
* Fluency in English
