The Director, Finance is a critical member of the Wisconsin Region senior leadership team. This position is responsible for overall financial operations of SSM's Greater Fond du Lac ministries (St. Agnes Hospital, Waupun Memorial Hospital, Ripon Medical Center, Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, Consultant Laboratory, and Agnesian Enterprises).

Job Summary:
Directs the development and implementation of the financial planning and analytics strategies.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees the utilization and continuous improvement of the financial reports and analytics used by the healthcare analysis team.
- Leads the development and testing of rolling forecast model and other financial and business insight tools.
- Identifies and communicates appropriate and relevant system-wide financial and operational information and trends as a basis for making management decisions, including operating margin projections and targets.
- Provides leadership and directs the daily operations of the analytical team and prepares annual goals, objectives, and strategies for the department.
- Responsible for management functions including activities related to staffing such as recruitment, hiring, performance evaluation, and compensation determination.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree
EXPERIENCE
- Seven years' experience, with five years' in leadership
