Primary Responsibilities of the Business Manager Trainee:
- Execute all client sales campaigns in person through direct communication with customers and leads
- Provide exceptional service to consumers at all times
- Manage the execution of daily in-office and direct marketing campaign functions
- Work with all team members to increase sales revenue and maintain the sales pipeline in daily strategies
- Develop solid consumer relationships, address service needs, and answer questions confidently, timely, and honestly
- Provide strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
- Liaise between our clients and consumers
- Interview and develop company new hires to provide a seamless training process
Basic Qualifications of the Business Manager Trainee:
- Ability to make decisions which have a significant impact on the company's credibility and reputation
- Experience in a client-facing customer service role
- Expert in technology, excel, google suite platforms, sales force, and more
- Some college is bonus. Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
- Leadership experience in a professional setting
- Immense focus, drive, and integrity
