Receptionist/Client Comfort
Employment type: full-time
Small elder law, estate planning and probate law firm looking for a receptionist/client comfort person to further our core values of: Compassionate. Innovative. Strong. Dependable!
Those duties include:
1. Greeting and seating clients;
2. Answering phone calls;
3. Scheduling and confirming appointments;
4. Maintaining the lobby and conference rooms;
5. Mailing and emailing documents to clients; and
6. Various duties related to the overall client experience.
The ideal candidate will have these qualities:
1. Two years of reception/service industry experience;
2. Great attention to detail (this might be the most important of all);
3. Comfort working in a small team environment (i.e. not always a lot of people to hang out and talk with);
4. Easy travel to Shelby Township;
5. Personable (i.e. good client service qualities);
6. Great organizational skills and pride in their work; and
7. Works well with others
Our goal has always been to create a law firm that provides excellent client service and also provides a safe, pleasant, fun, work environment that people look forward to coming to.
