Position: St. Anthony's School is seeking a passionate and dedicated **Part-Time Robotics Teacher** to teach students in grades 4-8. The ideal candidate will foster a hands-on, collaborative learning environment, guiding students in both the theoretical and practical aspects of robotics. Key Responsibilities: - Teach Robotics classes two days a week for grades 4-8. - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school’s academic and Catholic values. - Provide instruction in foundational robotics concepts, coding, and problem-solving techniques. - Support students in robotics competitions and collaborative projects. - Maintain a safe, organized, and respectful classroom environment. - Collaborate with other faculty and administration to enhance the STEM program. - Integrate faith-based principles with the curriculum to nurture the whole student. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Robotics, or a related field (or currently pursuing). - Previous experience teaching robotics or STEM-related subjects to elementary or middle school students is preferred. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - A commitment to fostering both academic and spiritual development in students. - Familiarity with Catholic educational values is a plus.
