We looking for a Student Assistant to assist in the Institutional Assessment & Effectiveness (IAE) Department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Update the IAE Portal and website.
  • Preparation of power points, infographics, and/or newsletters.
  • Data entry, inventory, simple data cleaning and chart/table/graph creation.
  • Typing, proofreading, editing, researching, and summarizing information.
  • Filing, organizing, scanning & making copies.
  • Archiving documents and files.
  • Mail merges.

Schedule: Flexible Schedule, Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-4:00pm

EXPERIENCE:

  • Must be a current student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours.
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Attention to professionalism
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
