JOB SUMMARY: As a member of the Maintenance Staff, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance policies and procedures and other activities needed to carry out the maintenance objectives and programs in order to protect the assets of the Company.
QUALIFICATIONS: Native American preference. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Two years’ experience in plant maintenance preferred. Verbal communication skills are a must. A valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record as per DOT Program guidelines, and are able to meet our insurance criteria preferred.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Ability to listen and respond to visual and oral signals, able to effectively work independently and also be a team player. Handle multiple projects with the added ability to prioritize. Be able to move quickly to problem areas and tolerate a sometimes noisy environment with secondhand smoke in a smoke-filled environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to bend, stoop, stretch and climb. Able to stand, walk and perform duties for an eight (8) hour shift or more and be able to work in extreme weather conditions when necessary.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Complete maintenance jobs up to standards for the department. Perform any and all assigned maintenance; duties may include: taking out trash, minor repairs, regular maintenance of property, doing heavy lifting, carrying, setting up and tearing down of stage or tables, maintaining the grounds, other duties as instructed.
Meet the attendance guidelines of the position, adhere to and enforce all departmental and company policies, while following/enforcing all safety policies and rules. Attend all mandatory training.
Benefits available after 90 day for Full-Time employees (30 hrs.)
