Description
St. Croix Regional Medical Center is currently seeking a Imaging Coordinator. The hours for this position may vary as shifts could start as early as 6:30 am and end as late as 7:30 pm, including a Saturday shift 6:30 am- 3pm rotation once every 6-8 weeks.
The Imaging Coordinator performs a variety of clerical functions to support the providers and patient care staff. Responsibilities include registering patients, entering patient calls/messages into Excellian, ensuring all patient medical records and information needed is available and documented, scheduling patient appointments, and preparing applicable medical record forms. The Imaging Coordinator also answers phone calls and relays messages to care team members and other resources necessary for patient care.
Requirements
Education & Licensure:
High school graduate or equivalent
Completion of Medical Secretary Training or Medical Assistant Training, preferred
CMA Certification, preferred
Experience:
1 year of experience in similar role (Preferably diagnostic imaging) required
