To analyze discharge records for deficiencies according to the Health Information Management Departmental Policies & Procedures in accordance with the Standards of the St. Francis Hospital, Medical Staff Bylaws, and JC requirements.
Minimum Education
X High school diploma or equivalent X Required
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Minimum Work Experience
Three (3) years experience in Health Information Management Department functions and one (1) year experience of chart analysis preferred.
