Responsibilities:
Answers inquiry calls from all persons with regard to information about hospital services and programs. Facilitates the admissions, also verifies insurance information and performs all registration duties.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Associate’s Degree in Human Services field preferred
2. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Behavioral Violence Prevention within 6 months of hire and maintain current annually.
4. Two (2) years’ experience working with psychiatric population preferred
