Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, part-time Church Administrator (15-19 hours a week) to begin work in late May 2024.
Areas of responsibility include: communications, administration, membership, facilities management, and IT. We seek a dynamic self-starter who can implement technological, operational, and systemic changes to help the church better serve the community. This position reports to the Vicar and offers opportunity for creativity and leadership. The right candidate will thrive as the primary point of contact at the church, ideally 4-5 days per week, 3-4 hours per day (we are open to flexible scheduling).
Given the unique environment of a church office, it is important that all staff members maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We seek an energetic, well-organized person with broad technological experiences that may include Microsoft, Adobe, Squarespace, and Breeze, with a willingness to learn and effectively deploy church management software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a pleasant and welcoming presence are required. Working knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
