Job Summary:
The Revenue Cycle Analyst is an Advanced Billing Office and Technical Support position that requires knowledge of all key functions of the hospital's Revenue Cycle (Registration, Coding/Health Information Management (Medical Records), Billing, and General Financials). The Analyst supports day-to-day operations in each area, as well as implement new processes and policies within respective departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred
- 3 - 5 years experience with systems management and data analysis functions preferably focused in facility billing
- Experience with Vendor Relations (Collections Agencies, etc.)
- Knowledge of Hospital Reimbursement Calculations
- Ability to function independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills at all levels of management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments
Technical Skills:
- Multiple A/R Management Healthcare Systems knowledge
- Microsoft Office Suite
- SQL
- Meditech
- E-Premis
- SPARCS
