St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a Change Management Analyst to join our project team implementing a modern ERP system across the County whose headquarters are in beautiful St. Augustine, Florida. St. Johns County is implementing an industry leading ERP solution beginning this summer to enable reprocessing resource functions, workflows, and management within budget, procurement, finance and HCM. This position provides valuable ideas and skills that will create a long-lasting impact across the agency and for the citizens within St. Johns County.The newly selected Change Management Analyst joins a great project team that has worked well to complete our business process review and vendor selection. The Change Management Analyst will provide advanced technical work administering the organizational projects and initiatives that will meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee engagement and adoption of programs and technology.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
The ideal Change Management Analyst candidate must possess St. Johns County’s core values of compassion, innovation, and trustworthiness and must work well in a collaborative team environment. Some of the specific tasks include but are not limited to: Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and communication campaigns to support the adoption of new technologies, processes, and organizational structures.Act as a coach to the company and project leaders, educating them on change management to help them fulfill the role of change agents within the organization.Consults with project stakeholders in identifying and analyzing their change needs and provide recommendations for change management strategies.Manage the configuration and setup of the ERP-related solutions and offer recommendations for configurations that add value and utilization of ERP.Research, implement, and routinely meet with stakeholders to discuss continuous process improvement opportunities.Drive engagement and adoption with employees and stakeholders and execute plan components.Develop and implement measures that track progress, outcome, and benefits completion. Anticipates organizational changes that come with large-scale implementations - and the change management and communications interventions needed.Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
