Responsibilities
In keeping with the Dignity Health core values, the Clinical Nurse I in the DEMS is a novice practitioner. The DEMS CN I carries out emergency nursing-specific patient care assignments based on demonstrated competency, and implements the nursing process in the DEMS setting for individual patients and/or groups.

This New Graduate RN Residency features a challenging program blending classroom didactics with clinical experience and unit socialization. We support our residents with a one-on-one clinical preceptorship program as well as a mentor program using experienced RNs, and additional debriefing sessions.

Minimum Qualifications

Registered Nurse Graduate

Current California Registered Nurse license.
- Current BLS, ACLS & PALs certifications.
- Completion of DEMS competencies required within one (1) year of employment.
Preferred Qualifications

One (1) year of emergency work experience preferred.
- Spanish speaking experience preferred.
Pay Range
$27.63 - $27.63 /hour
