FISCAL: Account Clerk Fellow - Fellow Level (High School, Associates, or Bachelors)

The New York State Public Health Corps Account Clerk Fellow position is responsible for fiscal and administrative support functions focusing on COVID-19 grant work including:

  • Distributing expenditures as well as data pertaining to COVID-19 grants
  • Assuring COVID-19 grant expenses are charged appropriately
  • Compiling data for and assisting in the preparation of simple financial and statistical reports
  • Preparing and maintaining various types of records
  • Assisting in verifying and reconciling account balances
  • Reviewing account keeping records and reports for arithmetical and clerical accuracy, completeness, and proper accounts
  • Assisting with reporting and submitting grant claims
  • Attending relevant department meetings
  • As well as other duties as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour
