Overview

St. Luke’s Health System in Twin Falls, ID is seeking a Prgm Coord to join our injury prevention team.

 

Unit/Position Summary

The Program Coordinator will work independently and collaborates on program development, coordination, implementation and ongoing administration of health and well-being services in the employer/community setting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and implements evidence-informed policies, programs, practices, and events.
  • Collaborates with team to establish initiatives, schedule programs and events, assist with staffing, provide materials, oversee equipment and supply maintenance.
  • Designs and delivers presentations, workshops, and written materials for areas of expertise.
  • Responsible for execution of timely and efficient project management plan, including preparation of department timelines and continuous process improvement.
  • Collects, organizes and analyzes program data. Develops and produces management reports. Uses technology and computer software tools for engagement and well-being program delivery and communication.
  • Assists leadership with assessing organizational health risks and research well-being opportunities.
  • Implements strategies to evaluate program outcomes and effectiveness.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years.
  • Experience: 2 years’s experience in health related area.
  • Licenses/Certifications: None
