Program Manager - Revenue Cycle

Overview

St. Luke’s Health System is seeking a Program Manager to join our team.

Unit/Position SummaryThe Revenue Cycle Program Manager will support assigned projects and/or government payer relations, managing the strategy, project plan, and deliverables for successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements extremely complex projects/programs across the health system/revenue cycle areas where analysis requires evaluation of intangible variance factors.
• Ensures strategic direction of project/programs is in line and designs strategies for alignment with both health system and revenue cycle department goals and objectives; acts as the liaison/coordinator of government payer initiatives and projects.
• Consults and makes recommendations to senior management and clinical departments on significant revenue cycle and/or government payer issues.
• Broad knowledge of revenue cycle functions and/or policies and procedures, as well as government payer regulations.
• Ability to interact with all levels up to/including senior management and physicians, and influence decision-making.
• Proven ability to determine key revenue cycle/regulatory issues, develop effective action plans and implement to successful conclusion.
• Ability to operate at a strategic business level and fully incorporate revenue cycle strategies within all projects/programs.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field required or 4 years equivalent experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience: 3 years Program Management, Finance, Accounting or Revenue Cycle experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: None
