Job Posting for Applications Analyst II at St. Mary's/Clearwater Valley Hospital and Clinics

Provides inpatient and\or ambulatory software support, implementation and training for physicians, site managers, medical directors, and clinical support staff .

Essential Job Functions:

  • Supports individuals on electronic health records, practice management, and 3rd party application software using all required support tools.

-Maintains standard operation procedures, knowledgebase articles and general support documentation.

-Analyzes the requirements of physician's office and clinical workflow to most effectively implement practice management and electronic health records software.

-Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related filed OR 5 years' experience in inpatient, ambulatory or IT Support required.
  • Demonstrated intermediate knowledge of general computer applications required.
  • 2 years' experience as a project resource preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server environments.
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise/EHR/EMR systems preferred.

Joint Position, Full time, 40 hours per week
