Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position): 
To provide specialized event logistics support and coordination of office and student sponsored events.

Duties and Responsibilities: 
●   Coordinate logistics and provide transportation support for student activities off-campus  
o   Gather and provide information for student activities off-campus.
o   Drive college vehicles (if authorized as certified driver).
o   Take photographs and manage files.
o   Monitor compliance of office guidelines for off-campus activities.
•   Provide logistics support on demand for selected campus events.
•   Attend meetings and training sessions.
•   Supervise peer students’ activities.

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills) 
Required:
•   Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
•   Written and verbal communication skills
•   Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


Desired:
•   Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and MS Publisher
•   College Certified Driver
•   Experience with office’s activities and programs
•   Experience with event logistics on Campus
