What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teaching Assistant position at St. Peters CDC?
St. Peter’s is rapidly expanding and is looking for qualified teachers who are self-motivated, knowledgeable, and excited to grow in the field of early childhood.to join our team effective immediately!
Compensation:$10 - $13 hourly
Responsibilities:- Carry out all duties in the absence of Lead Teacher
- Communicate with parents during pick up
- Supervise children from ages 2 months-4 years
- Support Lead Teacher
- CDA, Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Knowledgeable in DAP
- Able to follow lesson plans laid out by lead teacher
- Excellent written and communication skills
