Position Summary:
ST Solutions has an immediate opening for Customized Supply Solutions (CSS) Support at our corporate office in Salem, VA. This position is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the Customized Supply Solutions account implementation and maintenance which includes, but is not limited to, inventory management, sourcing product, consolidation of inventory, and data entry.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of point-of-use inventory systems, WebVend and CribMaster vending solutions, vendor managed inventory, consignment inventory and other inventory management systems within each customer account including customer quotes, orders, new items, and customer part number maintenance.
- Responsible for ensuring inventory levels in all vending and point-of-use solutions managed by CSS, including consolidating and reducing customers' material requirements and setup/changes to order point/order quantities.
- Responsible for scheduling and reconciling quarterly cycle counts for consigned inventory.
- Assist in sourcing of special and standard product.
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date pricing information in our system and communicating to customers all price changes in a timely manner.
- Responsible for reviewing and providing daily/weekly/monthly/yearly reporting including invoicing assistance and any other special requests as required by the customer.
- Provide support as needed at other locations. This may include visiting sites for existing vending customers to fill in for sales personnel and/or on-site personnel, new vending setups or CSS implementations.
Position Requirements:
- Must have high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field
- Must have a proficient knowledge of computers and related software including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to be able to communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, business associates, and Company personnel
- Must be team oriented, with the desire to collaborate with other team members to achieve procurement goals for the company
- Must be able to multitask and work independently
- Must have high level of organization skills with attention to details and problem-solving capabilities
- Must demonstrate a professional demeanor at all times, while working with suppliers, customers and business associates
- Travel is required and some overnight travel may be necessary.
**Pay range is based on qualifications and experience. ST Solutions offers a full benefits package including health insurance, life & AD&D, short term disability, 401k retirement plan, vacation and holiday pay.
