ManTech is seeking a Risk Manager to join our team to lead our Program Risk Management practice. The Risk Manager reports to the Program Manager and oversees and monitors all program risk management activities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for the leadership, innovation, governance, and management necessary to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor the program's operational and strategic risk. Implement Risk Management tools and practices to analyze and report program risks, and to manage risks according to a program risk management framework. Tracking risk mitigation and contingency plans Develop reports and dashboards of program and project risks and issues to support program management and decision-making activities. Oversee and monitor risk management activities of the Program. Work with technical trainers to create and deliver risk management training and materials. Facilitate governance meetings to review the status of activities against program and project goals and objectives. Accountable to the Program Manager for review of risk management data to identify overall program/project risk in terms of cost, schedule, and performance. Basic Qualifications: Must be a self-starter and work with a clear and defined mission. Must demonstrate ability to thrive and succeed in a challenging environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to build and maintain constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors across the customer base. Risk Management expertise, training, and actual work experience. Ability to communicate complex concepts. Requires Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience or 8 years of experience in lieu of degree Preferred Qualifications: One or more of the following risk certifications: PMI-RMP, CRM, CRISC, or RIMS-CRMP Experience with ServiceNow GRC 5-10 years direct knowledge of the customer’s operational environment ITIL® v4 Foundation, or higher, certification Security Clearance Requirements: Active and current TS/SCI with polygraph. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Must be able to move/traverse within and between buildings and offices. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers; must be able to exchange accurate information. For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
