Systems Analyst

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Analyst to join our team in the Crane, IN area. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Formulates/defines system scope and objectives for assigned projects. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming. Has good understanding of the business or function for which applications is designed. Minimum Qualifications: 0 – 12 Years of experience Knowledge of all phases of application system analysis and programming. Experience performing gap analysis, performing trade studies, and providing written technical assessments. Knowledge of pertinent DoD and DoN directives. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge and understanding of working through the full system lifecycle. Education and Certifications: Bachelor of Science Degree Security Clearance Requirements: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government SECRET security clearance. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
