- $500,000 - $900,000 Total Compensation depending on level of experience.

What's the Job?
- The main qualification for this role is that you are a smart, motivated, and passionate Quant excited about the world of finance.
- They have several trading teams, and you will be joining a growing 25-person quantitative trading team that supports a particular trading strategy and focus based upon your background, interests and skills.
- Their teams include Equities, ETFs/Indexes, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Commodities.
- For most employees, you will be in the office three days a week, but for those roles that require a full week in the office, they do offer “floating” days that allow you to work from home several days a month.
- You will be using your knowledge from your Masters or PhD in a STEM field to develop advanced machine learning models to execute trading strategies.
- You may also be using your experience in finance (professionally or otherwise) and using that to develop strategies.
Location
