THE POSITION:
At STACK, the Property Manager is an essential role in providing an exceptional Client experience. The primary goal of the Property Manager is to maintain the upkeep and maintenance of buildings so that they meet both safety and health standards as well as legal requirements. The ideal candidate for this role will be a leader and an excellent communicator that understands the detailed nuances of the data center industry as well as facility and property management.
- Provide exceptional service by establishing relationships and collaboration with client real estate teams and site operations.
- Ensure landlord responsibilities and lease terms are met per leasing contract.
- Support the planning, budgeting, and control of operating and capital expenditures
- Preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, monthly reports, and variance reporting.
- Vendor contract selection and management; schedule preventative maintenance and other repairs as needed.
- Be responsible for ownership and resolution of customer issues and escalations.
THE DETAILS:
- Location: Manassas, VA
- Travel: up to 20%
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass a comprehensive background screening
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in real estate or property management related field
- Ability and experience in creating complex worksheets in Excel
- Proficient in Word and PowerPoint
