As part of StackAdapt's Business Operations team, you will be leading process optimization efforts and implementing technology solutions that help our employees thrive. You'll work collaboratively across our teams to design, build, and launch solutions that delight our employees. You've made processes efficient, shipped successful digital products before, and have a bias for informed, data-driven action that ensures we design the right thing for our company.
Your responsibilities will be dynamic – you may be developing a delivery approach, prioritizing new projects, managing a roadmap, facilitating interviews to discover pain points, and be directly involved in helping improve our processes. Ultimately, you should be able to create clarity out of ambiguity and guide teams to create high-quality experiences.
StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in North America for this position.
- Lead and direct the BA/PM teams in managing work assignments, completing large/complex projects and meeting milestones.
- Work closely with business leaders and support them in solving business problems related to business process optimization and automation and cross-team communication.
- Break down strategic problems and analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
- Drive new processes, systems, technology, and operations and expanded capabilities for performance.
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Participate in planning for year-long efforts and creating roadmaps.
- Define priorities, and monitor process performance KPIs measuring the business impact, user adoption, and revenue. Help define ROI for planned projects.
- Manage implementation projects according to the project management framework.
- Proactively intervene on "at risk" initiatives to support Business Systems Analysts.
- Stay on top of modern SaaS technologies and how they can all be used together to frame the company's technology and business architecture. Stays abreast of industry technical and business trends through participation in professional associations, practice communities & individual learning.
- Promote a corporate-wide culture of process standards, best practices, standardization, and integration.
- Provide coaching, development, succession, recruitment, resource management, team leadership, and input into performance and development plans.
- 10 years of proven experience in leading BA/PM teams in large/complex technical projects along with a proven track record of successfully implementing business process optimization.
- Master’s degree in business, engineering, or computer science (MBA is a bonus)
- Certifications in Business Analysis, Six Sigma yellow or black belt, and/or Agile software development processes are required.
- Solid knowledge of CRM, ERP, and modern SaaS applications, APIs integration concepts, and web app integration services.
- Proven track record of successfully working on cross-functional projects within an organization. Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers.
- Significant resource and people management responsibilities.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to foster a culture that encourages productivity, innovation, process improvement, teamwork, and a high level of professionalism.
