General Manager/Operations

Store Leader / General Manager is responsible for the successful operations of our Food Truck ( Mobile Food Unit) or Physical Location, accountability for:

• Maintaining Love for Service, Ensuring Care for Quality, Creating an Amazing Ambiance.
• Upholding high operations standards and being the best
• Being a Team Builder & Trusted Leader: Managing and directing the work of store Associates
• Recruiting and hiring store Associates
• Training, coaching, developing, and disciplining store Associates
• Providing for the safety and security of Guests and Associates
• Building emotional connection with Guests through Food, Service & Ambiance
• Responding to Guest and Associate complaints and consulting with other company resources as . necessary
• Ensuring the delivery of exceptional Guest experiences
• Promoting Brand Awareness
• Community Outreach
• Meeting Financial goals. Sales, Food Cost Management, Labor Management.
• Total Compensation is including Hourly Pay, Incentives, Bonus Structure. Pay during training will not include bonus and will increase once training is completed. (4-6 weeks)
• Work week is Minimum 50 - 60 Hours (OT is included)
• Candidate must have a Food Safety Manager Certificate prior to starting training.
• Candidate MUST have experience and be willing to driving a Trailer (enclosed trailer preferably). The Food Truck does move from location to location.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Salary: $50,000 per year

Bonus Potential Quarterly. No Cap on Bonus Amount
