About The Role:

The Recruiter plays a vital role in attracting and hiring top talent that help drives the company’s success. This role will collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to develop effective recruitment approaches, build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates, and ensure a white-glove candidate experience for both business and technical roles.

What You Will Do:

• Partner with hiring managers across business and technical teams to understand their talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels and networks.
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and culture-add.
• Lead and coordinate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interviewers, and collecting feedback through debrief sessions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions and partner with HR in determining competitive job offers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment and recruitment laws, and company policies and processes.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for the company, promote the company’s values and culture to prospective candidates.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across business and technical roles.
• Strong understanding of technical capabilities and skill sets.
• Proven track record of successfully filling various roles across different levels and functions.
• Strong knowledge of current recruitment techniques, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methods, and employer branding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), other recruitment software and tools.
• High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience recruiting in the SaaS or consulting industries.
• Experience implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives as part of a recruiting process or strategy.
