The Recruiter plays a vital role in attracting and hiring top talent that help drives the company’s success. This role will collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to develop effective recruitment approaches, build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates, and ensure a white-glove candidate experience for both business and technical roles.
What You Will Do:
Partner with hiring managers across business and technical teams to understand their talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels and networks.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and culture-add.
Lead and coordinate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interviewers, and collecting feedback through debrief sessions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions and partner with HR in determining competitive job offers.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment and recruitment laws, and company policies and processes.
Serve as a brand ambassador for the company, promote the company’s values and culture to prospective candidates.
Who We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across business and technical roles.
Strong understanding of technical capabilities and skill sets.
Proven track record of successfully filling various roles across different levels and functions.
Strong knowledge of current recruitment techniques, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methods, and employer branding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), other recruitment software and tools.
High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience recruiting in the SaaS or consulting industries.
Experience implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives as part of a recruiting process or strategy.

Actual salaries are just one component of the compensation package and may vary above or below the range based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, geographical location, and performance. The pay range for this position located in Seattle is $80,000 - $100,000 per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and other team-specific awards.
