Payrate:                      $22.25 /hour
Location:                    Milan, Illinois
Approved Duration:  36 Months
Accessibility:              Onsite (Shift 1)
Shift Days:                 Monday – Friday

Description: 
  • Onsite - ADV Lab 
  • Run tests using the lab equipment such as the circular soil bin, soil and crop lab tests, and aero thermal performance lab. 
  • Maintain, service and repairs these systems (mechanical, hydraulic and electrical) as necessary. 
  • Design and fabricate brackets for tests.
  • Abele to read a schematic and ability to build or fix things. 
  • Mechanically handy.
 
Duties:
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Maintain equipment by following maintenance schedule and general awareness of required repairs
  • Follow documented procedures to perform tests in timely manner
  • Measure test components and document results
  • Create and develop new procedures with test engineer
  • Fabricate brackets for fixtures and test stands
  • Collect data with data acquisition systems
 
 Ability to work by himself and be self-motivated is required.
 Mlitary background is a good target and a plus.
