Job Responsibilities

  • Self-starter who can problem solve. 
  • Sales person will have to find their own leads, meet with customers, take measurements, computer drawings, and finalize deal.
  • Paid training in office for up to six months. ($2-4k per month based on exp) 
  • Territory is Wilmington, DE to Ocean City, MD and west into MD and VA. Can go outside of area for larger orders (apt. buildings) where items will be drop shipped.
  • Sales are Builder to Builder, Commercial, Resale, Multi-Unit, and online. 
  • The sales person will be trained on product (sent to manufacturing site if necessary) and be given online courses if necessary to help with sales/business.
  • Past sales experience in homes, cabinets, construction is helpful.
  • Travel required.

Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Drug Test
  • Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $24.00 - $24.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a competitive benefits package.
