FT Dispatcher

Staff Zone is looking for a part time dispatcher to work out of our Jacksonville, FL branch. The dispatcher assists the branch manager with personnel management for our temporary workforce including dispatching and supervising the temporary workforce assigned to our clients. Additionally, the dispatcher will provide exceptional customer service to all existing and new employees.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch temporary workers to various job sites by preparing work time tickets, distributing and collecting safety equipment, and directing employees to job site locations.
• Qualify temporary employees for work eligibility, assist applicants with the employment process, and help process payroll for completed work orders
• Check emails and tickets to ensure all work orders are filled
• Route vans to ensure workers are on sites at the correct time
• Place workers in system
• Make pump calls or calls to workers to fill orders or place workers

Job Requirements:

· High School Diploma required.

· Must be able to multi-task

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work as a team in a challenging and fast-paced environment

· Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and possess strong computer skills

· Willing to work Monday – Friday 4:30am – 11:30am plus every third weekend, some holidays as required

· Recruiting experience, a plus
