- Manage employees at large concession stand
- Track and record inventory
2 Concession Runner

- Set up and close down concession stands
- Deliver food/drink/utensils/etc. to concession stands
- Keep track of inventory being delivered to each concession stand
2 Dishwashers

- Wash and dry dishes
- Organize kitchen with cooking utensils
1 Administrative Helper

- Clock in/clock out temp staff and non-profit volunteers
