Responsibilities
Demonstrates applied knowledge of common business use cases and scenarios and how specific Oracle module(s) are configured and used to automate key business processes in support of Quote to Cash processes from Oracle Subscription Management to Oracle E-Business Suite Receivables, including experience with interactions between Oracle CPQ and Oracle Subscription Management.
The ideal candidate will have experience with enabling automated setup, maintenance, and billing of Subscriptions, including product, customer, subscription, pricing, incentive compensation, and billing concerns.
Articulate of common business and system data models and can document, define, and translate both as-is and to-be state data flows

5. Extension, Modification, and Interface functional and requirements and solution definition
- Oracle Subscription Management/OSS Implementation Responsibilities
- Given standard setup documentation, is able to perform functional and roles based access system setups and/or execute standard APIs in one or more assigned modules and/or can document/articulate common interface specifications using common data definition standards
- Solution definition, demonstration, and articulation
- Solution configuration (including workflows and API execution)
- Requirements definition, value stream mapping, and gapping
- Test scenario, case, and test script development
- Test execution (functional unit, functional integration, system integration
- Documented and supportive knowledge transfer to production support and business users
Specific Responsibilities
Solution Definition Responsibilities
Responsible for working with Oracle Support and other vendors as necessary to accomplish assigned work Oracle OSS/EBS Support Responsibilities Responsible for response to and resolution of production incidents caused by issues with assigned Oracle applications, including interactions as needed with Oracle support and support provided by hosting partners. Also responsible for support for patch identification, patch testing, and patch implementation
REQUIREMENTS
Consideration may be given to a candidate with a degree in lieu of experience Education Education Level Academic Concentration/Major Req/Preferred Bachelor's Degree Business or Computer Science
Preferred Work Experience
- Preferred 10 years of experience in IT System experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of relational databases, Service Now, Oracle E-Business Application Suite, OBIEE, Workflow and SQL Plus experience preferred.
- Experience with System Administration and Vendor Management preferred.
- Strong Project Management and Leadership skills with proven ability to convey complex thoughts both written and oral in clear and concise manner to all levels of employees, including Senior Management.
- Expertise in Oracle EBS Ledger, Oracle Expense Management, Accounts Payable, Web Center, Fixed Assts, and Purchasing strongly desired
