MED SURG REGISTERED NURSE (RN)

Facility Type: Hospital
Location: Humble, Texas
Employment Type: 6 Week Assignment

Hours: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Shift: Night Shift (12-Hours)

Hourly Rate: $60.00 An Hour

Responsibilities:
  • Assess Patient Condition.
  • Administer Medications.
  • Monitor And Check Vital Signs.
  • Working With Wound Care.
  • Document All Changes in Patient Care.
  • Knowledge Of Equipment Operation 
  • Communicate Changes In Patient Care To Supervisors, Physicians, And Co- Workers.
  • Implement Patient Plans Of Care.
  • Any Other Med-Surg Assigned Duties By the Client.
Required Skills:
  • Active RN State License
  • At Least 1 Year of Med Surg Experience Preferred
  • PALS, BLS and ACLS Certifications
  • Reliably Commute Or Planning To Relocate To Humble, Texas Before Starting Work

Salary : $5,500 - $6,000
