Compensation range: $70,000 - $100,000
The Sr. Recruiter will work with Betterleap's clients to deliver delightful recruiting experiences. We're looking for someone who is able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to hit customer SLAs. The best candidates will draw on extensive knowledge of talent acquisition while forging dynamic relationships with startup founders and hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruiting process for our clients including talent sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendations, negotiation and acceptance.
- Develop and use effective sourcing strategies that deliver strong and diverse talent for the current and future needs of Betterleap clients.
- Understand clients' value prop and represent its brand effectively via varied channels of communication, such as emails, pitches, partnerships, etc.
- Work strategically with clients' hiring teams to make quality hires. Set expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process with proactive communication and engagement.
- Utilize ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate and influence the recruiting pipeline and deliver results to clients.
- Implement new processes and fine-tune standard processes for recruiting that fit within Betterleap's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the clients.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruiting and product that will contribute to company's growth.
What we're looking for
- Experience: 5 years of startup, search firm or 24/7 recruiting operations full-cycle recruiting experience. You've placed talent in engineering, design, product, growth, marketing, and sales roles before.
- Sourcing trade: you understand how to recruit passive candidates and can profile people and gauge the chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation rather than sell a role. You can screen and prepare a candidate slate within a consistent timeline.
- Empathy: you put clients first. You know how to listen and solve problems by putting yourself into clients' shoes first.
- Delight: you know what makes someone's day and enjoy making clients feel special.

- Communication: you have strong communication, written, organizational, and negotiation skills. You have experience communicating with varying levels of stakeholders.
