Job description
- Assisting employees in all areas.
- Responsible for providing resolutions to employees' problems, supplying supporting feedback and addressing employees who are not meeting the client's expectations.
- May also conduct inquiries, assist with payroll, and track data for reports needed for client HR.

Requirements:
- Experience with employee relations
- Able to maintain positive relationship with client's HR to promote positive employee relations.
- Ensures a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement. Ability to develop relationships that encourage and motivate employees to succeed
- Conducts low level/low risk inquiries in response to a range of employee relations concerns, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace violence, and other violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Communicate regularly regarding pending inquiries and provides timely research reports with proof for all completed inquiries
- Must be outgoing and attentive.
- Strong time management skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills. Strong work ethic.
- Great organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office required.
This is a night shift position
Salary wage -- $38,000 - $42,000
