PositionSummary : The Sales Development Representative willbe instrumental in identifying new business opportunities byreaching out to potential clients through cold calling and otheroutreach methods.
The main objective is to establish strongconnections with prospects understand their needs and effectivelycommunicate the benefits of our clients janitorial / commercialcleaning services.

KeyResponsibilities :
- Generateleads and build a pipeline of potential clients within the realestate property management construction and related industriesthrough cold calls and other outreachefforts.
- Articulate the value proposition ofour clients janitorial / commercial cleaning services to prospectiveclients.
- Schedule appointments and meetingsbetween potential clients and the sales team to further discussservice offerings.
- Maintain accurate records ofsales activities including calls made appointments set and followupactions in the CRM system.
- Keep abreast of industry trendsmarket activities and competitors to uncover new businessopportunities.
Requirements :
- Previousexperience in sales telemarketing or a similar role focused on coldcalling and lead generation (experience in the janitorial realestate or construction industries is aplus).
- Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills with an ability to connect and persuadepotential clients.
- A selfstarter who ismotivated to meet and exceed targets.
- Effectivetime management and the ability to workindependently.
- Proficient with technologyincluding CRM software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
- Must have a quiet professional homeoffice setup with a reliable internetconnection. Compensation :
- $25per hour

- This is a parttime position requiringapproximately 10 hours perweek.
