Job Title: Filler
Schedule: 1st Shift 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 2nd Shift 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay Rate: 1 st Shift $17.00/hr 2nd Shift $18.00/hr
Occasional Overtime based on Business Demands
Summary: Individual will be responsible for filling of finished Batches into packaging type
documented on Fill sheet and is responsible for packaging of finished goods into proper
packaging, wrapping of pallets and completing documentation correctly
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ensure fill procedures are properly followed, and all closure specifications are
accurately met
Ensure that Fill tickets are filled out properly and completely.
Ensuring all packages are properly labeled and the finished units/cartons are on the
correct pallets.
Assure that all work areas are cleaned and organized.
Ensure all paperwork is completed in accordance with the QA Manual.
Verify Components and Packaging for fills to be produced.
Assure proper line clearance. Only one labeled or unlabeled product container may be in
the work area at any one time.
Minimize waste.
Correct use of equipment such as weigh scales and filling equipment.
Walk, stand, bend, twist, and or lift/reach overhead throughout the shift
Lift, push, and or pull up to 50lbs.
Follow all safety requirements including using appropriate Personal Protective
Equipment – PPE (safety glasses, required footwear, hearing protection, hand
protection, correct lifting methods, etc.)

Education/Experience:
High school degree and 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training
